In order to maintain & prosper a Safety Culture, it is paramount that we provide our employees with the training and knowledge to achieve these goals. The culture requires 100% employee involvement for all employees and adherence to our Site Safety & Health Program and compliance on all projects. This is evident though our required PPE, Jobsite Safety Analysis, or Routine Safety Inspections, as well as our requirement for continuing education for all employees from product certification to revised OSHA regulations. We maintain a goal of “Zero is Possible” with expectation of zero injuries from our employees.
Creating value to our clients, Cavanaugh has implemented new & innovative materials and designs to provide solutions for reducing energy usage through introduction of LED lighting products to complete optic redesign of facility layouts. In addition, we have provided numerous solutions for energy efficient monitoring systems on the distribution side as well.
We continually look for new & innovative products to better facilitate the installation and overall design of projects we are involved in. Our tooling is best-in-class and evident in our commitment to the installation quality standards & routine QC inspection on our projects. Cavanaugh has implemented the use of BIM/REVIT modeling to better define installation uniformity within our company, as well as an excellent collaborative tool with other contractors and clients (including participation in numerous LEED certified projects).
Environmental impact is a concern for our organization; we utilize various recycling programs on our projects to correctly discard lighting items including old ballasts, lamps, and various other materials that presents negative environmental impact. In addition, we utilize products and safeguards to ensure that our activities as an organization promote the future growth and preservation of our environment and natural resources.
Since our beginning, Cavanaugh has been a community-oriented company.
